As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience through effective upselling techniques. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff. Qualifications Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
