Counter Cashier/Server

Server/Cashier Duties:

• Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
• Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system (Aloha POS)
• Assist with food preparation and ensure orders are prepared correctly
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales or restaurant environment is preferred
• Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines
• Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
• Understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier.
