Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing attentive service to our guests. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of food safety. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Process payments efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Uphold all restaurant policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
