Overview Join our FOH team as a Seasonal Server and bring your passion for exceptional hospitality to life! Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression Take accurate orders using POS systems, Toast, and communicate effectively with the kitchen team Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed Qualifications Must be 18yrs old or older Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred Familiarity with cashiering and basic math required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Experience in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales opportunities Effective time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests!
