Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Grace's Mandarin. Located in a vibrant atmosphere, this role is essential for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring that our patrons enjoy a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Take food and drink orders accurately using the Toast POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and drink pairings. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Requirements Previous experience as a server in a fine dining environment preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
