Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Fine Dining Server to join our esteemed restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through attentive service, extensive menu knowledge, and an understanding of culinary excellence. Duties Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Take accurate food and beverage orders while offering recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets the high standards of our establishment. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to assist guests effectively. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service. Assist with food preparation as needed and support kitchen operations during busy service periods. Experience Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is highly desirable. Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on guest services and satisfaction. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Basic math skills are required for handling bills and processing payments accurately. Experience in culinary or kitchen roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
