Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking friendly and attentive Servers to join our buffet restaurant team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, assisting with seating, explaining buffet options, and ensuring a clean and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner Explain buffet pricing, menu items, and restaurant policies Take beverage orders and deliver drinks promptly Clear used plates and utensils in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas Reset tables quickly and efficiently for new guests Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly Process payments accurately using POS system Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist team members during busy service periods Qualifications & Requirements Previous serving or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Basic math skills for handling payments Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Work Environment Fast-paced buffet dining setting Frequent walking, lifting, and carrying trays High guest interaction Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage plus side tips Employee meals or discounts Paid vacation after one year of continuous employment (for eligible employees) Opportunities for growth and advancement
