Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, and culinary knowledge will ensure each guest feels welcomed and valued. As a Server, you'll handle food and beverage orders with precision, manage multiple tables efficiently, and contribute to a lively, upscale atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with OpenTable or similar reservation tools Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing, and support food preparation or kitchen staff as needed Ensure food safety standards are followed by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Build positive guest relations by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables efficiently and demonstrating excellent time management skills Assist with host/hostess duties when necessary, including seating guests and managing waitlists Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and processing payments accurately Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus but not required Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
