Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, will be based on work shift availability and management discretion. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance to team members averaging at least 30 hours a week, after the first year. The Rose Group requires participation in a mandatory tip pooling arrangement of 3% net sales from each shift with other qualified tipped employees.
