Server

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage items. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Assist with opening and closing side work duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. Work as a team with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and management. Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
