Job Description

We are looking for reliable, energetic FOH staff who want to work in a fun, fast-paced pub and restaurant in downtown Hallowell! We are looking to fill serving, hosting, barbacking, and bussing positions and have both day and night shifts available. Servers
  • 7.55/hour + tips Provide excellent customer service to guests Take accurate food and beverage orders Deliver food and drinks promptly Ensure dining room cleanliness Process payments Work well with the kitchen and bar staff Hosts
  • 15.10/hour + tips Greet all customers and seat at tables based on server rotation, party size, and seating availability Take reservations Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage the waitlist during busy periods Maintain the front entrance, host stand, and waiting area in a clean and organized condition. Assist servers/bussers with clearing tables Busser
  • 15.10/hour + tips Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables when customers are done eating Wipe up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables Refill drinking glasses with water Bring out meal orders if waitstaff are busy Maintain dining room cleanliness Barback

10/hour + tips Assist bartenders in mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Clear and clean tables, counters, and floors Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar Ensure glasses, bar equipment, and bar stations are clean and sanitized Restock bar with alcohol, mixers, glassware, and other supplies Change kegs, cut garnishes, and prepare mixes Provide excellent customer service to guests
