We are hiring a Bistro Breakfast Server who is responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests in the hotel's Bistro. This role ensures a welcoming environment, accurate order taking, high‐quality food and beverage presentation, and a clean, well‐maintained dining area. The server represents the Marriott brand through genuine hospitality and consistent service standards. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay (plus tips where applicable) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance and 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee discounts on hotel stays and services Supportive, team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Guest Service Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to brand standards Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service Handle guest concerns or requests with urgency and professionalism Bistro Operations Set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area, including condiments, utensils, and supplies Ensure all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and presented according to Marriott standards Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and prep areas Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with restocking inventory and rotating product Operate POS system, handle payments, and balance cash drawer as required Team & Brand Standards Uphold Marriott service culture and appearance standards Communicate effectively with kitchen, front desk, and management Support teammates during peak periods Attend required trainings and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens Qualifications Previous food & beverage or customer service experience preferred Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and cash‐handling skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Must meet local health and alcohol service certification requirements (if applicable) Schedule Early morning shifts required Weekends and holidays as needed based on business levels Work Environment Fast‐paced, guest‐facing environment Requires consistent professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail MCHG is an equal opportunity employer .
