Duties Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables efficiently and with professionalism Ensure all food orders are accurate and presented beautifully before serving Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables quickly to maintain a clean dining space Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any special requests or modifications Support food safety standards by handling dishes carefully and maintaining cleanliness during service Help with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff to support smooth operations Maintain a friendly, energetic demeanor while providing excellent guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy and efficient service Experience in banquet settings or large events is a plus Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking processes, and hospitality standards is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and deliver exceptional guest services in hotel or culinary settings Join us and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
