Job Description
We are looking for Wait Staff to serve meals and drinks to our customers in a prompt courteous manner. The server must have a working knowledge of our menu as well as proper serving etiquette. The server must be able to work as a team member with the other servers, support staff and management to create a cohesive team environment. Pay is $7.55/hour plus tips. Responsibilities Show customers to their seats and present our menu options Advise on the our daily food specials and ice cream specials for each customer and answer questions Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues Deliver checks and process customer payments; cash handling Work with other staff as a team Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality and maintain a cheerful and friendly rapport with customers Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Stock and fill supplies Requirements Proven work experience a plus but, will train Ability to build relationships with other team members and customers to ensure mutual satisfaction Customer-oriented and planning skills Ability to use a computer ordering system (Toast) Outstanding people skills Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving Good physical condition High school diploma; food safety training will be a plus Enjoy competitive pay, employee discount, bonus plan, employee referral program and have a lot of fun too!
