Careers at Catering Banquet Server We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team. The Banquet Attendant will be responsible for setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Reporting To Patrick Frey Key Responsibilities Service:

Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Event Setup:

Arrange place settings, linens, silverware, and other meal equipment according to the event plan and clients needs

Clean-Up:

Clear tables, remove dishes, and ensure the banquet area is clean and orderly during and after events.

Coordination:

Work closely with the kitchen and event coordinators to ensure timely and efficient service.

Customer Interaction:

Address guest needs and requests promptly and courteously.

Safety and Sanitation:

Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
