Job Description

Part Time Wine Consultant options available Are you over 21, and looking for a way to make great money working weekends? We are looking for enthusiastic People to provide an excellent guest experience. Good wine consultants will be able to (after training) guide the customer through a wine tasting, explaining the differences between our various products, resulting in a wonderful customer experience. Compensation includes salary, tips, and commission.
Responsibilities Conduct Wine Tastings:
serve wine samples while describing the wines, offering pairing suggestions, telling our story Side duties such as cleaning and restocking Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Check customers' identification and confirm they are of legal drinking age Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Skills Experience in customer service & hospitality is essential Willingness to learn about our wines and story Ability to use POS accurately and efficiently Positive attitude and excellent communication skills a must Ability to keep the work space organized, stocked, and clean Must be able to lift 35 lbs (a case of wine)
