Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems, and seat guests promptly to optimize restaurant flow Take food and beverage orders accurately, utilizing POS, and communicate special requests clearly to the kitchen staff Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables efficiently, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating versatility in food handling and food industry knowledge Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during cashiering duties while ensuring guest relations remain positive and professional Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery, manage wait times effectively, and uphold the restaurant's high standards of hospitality Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or waitstaff preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques Experience in food service or hospitality industry roles that involve serving, bussing, or guest relations is highly desirable Join us to deliver exceptional service in a lively atmosphere where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
