We pride ourselves on authentic Italian flavors, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. ______________________ Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, professional, and service-oriented Runner (Food Runner) to support our dining room and kitchen teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring guests receive their meals accurately, promptly, and with the level of care expected in a fine dining environment. The Runner serves as a key connection between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, helping maintain smooth service and an exceptional guest experience. ______________________ Key Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and professionally. Ensure dishes are presented correctly and meet restaurant standards before leaving the kitchen. Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff regarding orders and timing. Assist in coordinating the delivery of courses for multi-course dining experiences. Accurately identify dishes and understand menu items, ingredients, and presentations. Verify table numbers, seat positions, and guest requests to ensure accurate food delivery. Support servers by clearing plates and assisting with table maintenance when needed. Respond quickly to guest and team needs during service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas. Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant standards. ______________________ Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
