Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, with precision and professionalism Assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support seamless restaurant operations Foster positive guest relations by responding promptly to inquiries or concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings Demonstrated skills in customer service, upselling, and guest relations are strongly desired Experience with food industry standards including food safety, food preparation, and hospitality best practices will set you apart Previous Waitstaff experience contributes greatly to your ability to excel in this energetic role Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets a lively work environment!
