Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Toast POS Take customer orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff Serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining areas to promote a welcoming environment Assist in processing payments accurately at the POS terminal while practicing proper phone etiquette for reservation calls or inquiries Experience Prior Waitress experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Background in food service or restaurant operations highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Join us to deliver outstanding hospitality that keeps guests coming back!
