Responsibilities Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery, ensuring orders are accurate and meet quality standards Act as the primary communicator between the kitchen and servers, relaying special requests or modifications clearly and promptly Deliver food to tables efficiently while maintaining professionalism, friendliness, and a keen eye for presentation Assist in organizing and prioritizing orders to optimize service flow during busy periods Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards Support the dining team by bussing tables when needed, resetting tables quickly for new guests Maintain a lively, positive attitude that enhances the guest experience and supports team morale Possible tip out from servers to help increase your income. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary settings is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff and serve guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods; physical stamina is essential Experience with food preparation or banquet service is advantageous but not mandatory A friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills to create welcoming interactions Previous hotel or hospitality experience can be beneficial in understanding guest expectations Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment!
