Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Qualifications Proven restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Join us in creating memorable experiences through exceptional service!
