Job Summary:

As a Server at Los Tres Amigos, you will play a key role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver prompt, efficient, and friendly service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing a warm "Bienvenidos a Los Tres Amigos" welcome as they arrive at the table Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity Deliver food and beverages to the table in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature Answer questions about the menu, specials, and dietary restrictions, offering recommendations when needed Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, preparing for the next customers Ensure that guests' needs are met by coordinating with kitchen staff, bussers, and other servers Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables between guests Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed, including refilling drinks and helping with restocking supplies

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred (restaurant experience a plus, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, friendly attitude with the ability to create a welcoming and warm atmosphere Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate effectively with other staff members Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays A passion for delivering exceptional service and making guests feel like part of the Los Tres Amigos family

Wednesdays:
