Waitstaff Doherty Hotel Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining or food service, demonstrating exceptional guest relations skills and a passion for providing outstanding service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and drink selections. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for special events or peak service times. Skills Previous experience in fine dining or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours. A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed.
