We are a new restaurant bringing the culinary traditions and hospitality of the Mediterranean & Middle East to Commerce Twp. We're looking to add to a passionate and professional team—and we're looking for servers who value hospitality and authenticity.

Position Summary:

As a Server, you will be the guest's main point of contact, creating a memorable and hospitable dining experience from start to finish. You will guide guests through our menu, offer thoughtful recommendations, and ensure attentive service throughout their visit. We're looking for individuals who are knowledgeable, energetic, and genuinely passionate about food and people.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with warmth and genuine hospitality. Guide guests through the menu, offering descriptions and recommendations for traditional and fusion dishes. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of orders and check for accuracy and presentation. Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests. Handle guest concerns or feedback with professionalism and care. Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, coordinated service. Adhere to food safety, sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience preferred; familiarity with Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine is a strong plus. Passion for food, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally. Must be organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn about new ingredients, dishes, and cultural traditions. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Understanding of the Arabic and/or Chaldean (Aramaic) language for menu translation and development (not a requirement all are encouraged to apply).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry trays. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
