Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team for multiple shifts in the food and beverage service industry, specifically catering to banquets and special events. Ideal candidates will have experience in fine dining, hospitality, or food service environments. This role offers opportunities to work in dynamic settings such as nightclubs, restaurants, and banquet halls, providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and efficient food handling. The position involves working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent guest service by attending to guests' needs promptly and professionally Serve food and beverages accurately while maintaining presentation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during banquets, events, or nightclubs Maintain cleanliness of work areas including dining spaces, service stations, and kitchen areas Support guest relations by addressing inquiries courteously and professionally Experience Prior experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred Experience in food handling, sanitation, or food safety protocols is desirable Background in hospitality or guest services roles including host/host experience or serving is advantageous Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts in fast-paced settings Experience with upselling menu items to increase sales is beneficial Gig with W2 Work Benefits This role offers a vibrant work environment where teamwork, professionalism, and excellent customer service are valued.
