Your responsibilities will include running food and beverages, responding to guest requests & inquiries, bussing tables, restocking and other side work to set up each service for success. You will maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, support waitstaff, and help create a friendly, inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities Run food promptly and courteously with drop phrases and noting any relevant allergens. Serve as a point of contact for guests' inquiries throughout their dining experience. Bus tables efficiently, ensuring plates, glasses, and silverware are returned to the dish zone and stacked correctly. Clean and reset tables. Polish and restock glasses and silverware. Fold and restock napkins. Support waitstaff during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in the food service/hospitality industry is preferred. Strong teamwork and time management skills with the ability to multitask and self-direct effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service. Knowledge of Japanese culture and cuisine is a plus.
