Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Assist in food preparation and kitchen support to ensure timely service during busy hours Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Uphold food safety standards by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper food handling practices Support the team with general restaurant operations including stocking supplies and managing guest relations during peak hours Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling is advantageous Prior host/hostess or serving experience will be considered a strong asset Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of food industry standards related to food preparation, upselling techniques, and guest relations Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality!
