Server, Waiters and Waitresses 5800 Dryden Rd, Dryden, MI 48428 $17.87

Part-time, Full-time Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in on tables and addressing any concerns or issues
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Operate the POS system and handle cash register transactions
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and securely
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
