East Lansing, MI Job Description Purpose of Job:

To provide quality food service to members and guests of the Michigan Athletic Club.

Responsibilities:

Provide fast, friendly and accurate service. Point of Sale Entry; taking orders on the touch screen unit, cash handling, cash-out procedures. Assist the cook in filling orders. Food preparation. Maintain a clean and stocked environment in the MAC. Follow all applicable health codes. Maximize sales and minimize food waste. GED Specialized Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must have a friendly disposition and the desire to serve people
