Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing excellent guest relations from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Clear tables efficiently by bussing and assisting with food preparation or kitchen support when needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations and restaurant standards Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background, including fine dining or nightclub environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or hospitality settings preferred Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy; culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous Join us to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit unforgettable.
