Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure guests feel valued and eager to return. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food industry expertise while working in a lively environment that celebrates fine dining and memorable moments. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring efficient order entry and timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks with precision, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with sanitation guidelines Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods or special events such as nightclub nights or private functions Experience Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightlife venues Familiarity with POS system Square for order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to build guest rapport Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate bill splitting Join us to become part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
