Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties like processing payments and giving change Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality guest service Experience with upselling techniques, sales goals, and guest relations to enhance the dining experience Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Background in hospitality or customer service roles that emphasize guest engagement and positive interactions Join us to become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a lively setting.
