As a Server, your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, guides them through their experience, and ensures their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. Your culinary knowledge and exceptional customer service skills will help elevate our restaurant's reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a great community of regular guests, in a lively, fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests promptly and warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback with professionalism Skills Proficiency with Toast POS system, and Resy for reservations management Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue Knowledge of classic cocktails and wine is preferred. Previous serving or host/hostess experience preferred Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine!
