Aloha POS Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with customer service, handle transactions, and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Operate cash register and handle payments
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience

Experience:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions
• Experience using Aloha POS system is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic math proficiency for accurate order processing
• Ability to help maintain a sanitary environment
