The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces as needed. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided if necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift trays of food, and perform bussing duties efficiently.
