Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials. Take accurate orders using POS systems. Upsell menu items by highlighting popular dishes, drinks, or specials to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure satisfaction. Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality is preferred. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation enhances your ability to engage with guests confidently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately. Pay:
