Server Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy talking with people we'd like an opportunity to meet you.Duties:
- Show up every day with a positive attitude!
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Respond promptly and courteously to guests requests
- Handle all food and beverage orders, and accurately enter them into our POS system
- Collaborate and communicate with other restaurant team members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle all customer payments
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to learn and listen to instruction
- Passion for service/hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences
