Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing open tabs via OpenTable or similar reservation systems Assist with food preparation and food safety protocols to ensure quality and compliance with sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest needs promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Experience with food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Basic math skills for accurate billing, cash handling, and order calculations Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred, with a background in upselling and guest engagement Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
