Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic food service team. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and beverage options Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation standards in food handling and food safety practices Experience Previous restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in fine dining or upscale establishments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations management Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances service quality Proven skills in customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques Experience working in a nightclub or food industry setting is a plus Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of sanitation protocols, food safety regulations, and proper food handling procedures Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
