Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing a POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to create an inviting atmosphere. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations during peak hours. Start date April 20, employee discount on food, employees recieve free golf Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on building positive guest relations.
