Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server / Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every guest has a memorable experience, whether they're enjoying a fine dining dinner, celebrating at a nightclub, or attending a banquet. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment while working with a dynamic team committed to excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food safety and handling procedures Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions with precision and integrity Assist in setting up catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events Qualifications Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
