Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server at The Colonel's Kitchen and become the welcoming face of our vibrant morning service! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and promptly, creating a positive first impression for all breakfast patrons Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system , ensuring efficient transaction processing Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, especially in fine dining or breakfast settings Knowledge of POS systems ; experience with cash handling and sales transaction processing is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence Basic math skills for billing accuracy and order accuracy Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours during breakfast shifts, including weekends and holidays Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable mornings!
