Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fine dining club environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and have a passion for providing an outstanding dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Bartending experience is essential for this role. Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using Restaurant Manager POS systems. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper fine dining etiquette. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Bussing and resetting throughout the club. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, especially in fine dining environments. Bartending experience is essential. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Join us as we strive to create memorable dining experiences for our members and guests!
