Server/Waiter

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant nightclub setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to detail. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies regarding sanitation practices. Qualifications Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred, particularly in a Fine dine environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with cash register operations is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
