Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and openTable reservations with precision and professionalism Bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns Experience Prior restaurant experience or food service background is preferred, but we're willing to train the right fit!
