Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables as needed to ensure a tidy environment Follow food safety protocols, proper sanitation procedures, and food handling guidelines at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus for managing bookings efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
