Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cashiering tasks Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to uphold safety standards Clear tables promptly, bus tables as needed, and support kitchen staff with basic food prep when necessary Manage reservations and guest relations using platforms like OpenTable to ensure smooth seating flow Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and adhere to food safety regulations at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is advantageous Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences!
