Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent sales and guest service skills
- Basic culinary knowledge for accurate order taking and guest assistance
