FOOD SERVICE SERVER/DISHWASHER REQUIREMENTS

Must have a High School Diploma. Previous quantity food service experience preferred. Computer experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Participates in the preparation and serving of food. Participates in cleaning of kitchen and related areas. Performs sanitation procedures. Operates dishwasher and hand washes pots and pans. Operates point of sale computer register and makes change. Counts money and completes daily sales reports. Inspects all equipment in the cafeteria area to ensure it is in safe, working condition, and notifies the head cook when repairs are needed. Maintains records on food and supplies received and used. Maintains accurate production records conforming to federal/department guidelines. Other duties as assigned by Food Service Director or Head Cook.
